So it’s the end of my first full 7 days of workouts with Wii Fit, and I feel like I’ve made little to no progress. I am hoping my fluctuating weight is due to the fact that my exercise times are very irregular: sometimes in the morning, sometimes afternoon, sometimes night. My weight has never gone up more than 2 pounds, but it is still disheartening considering all the effort I have been putting into slimming down (again).
To truly measure my progress, I have decided to weigh myself on my scale every Wednesday, at the same time every week. I think this will be a truer measure of my progress.
